I'm assuming they make everything ahead of time and freeze it because the individual slices I got were all frozen, so not fresh at all and couldn't consume right away. The portion size you get is laughable compared to how expensive it is ($9 for a small slice of cheesecake) and the taste doesn't justify its price either. You could get a slice of cheesecake anywhere else that respects your portion size and price point that tastes just as good if not better.
