But, it's a dream come true when you're in the delivery zone for the Sleepy Bee. The Single Beecake is delicious. You might look at the menu and think just one pancake? But it is a generous fluffy pancake with excellent texture and flavor, and it's packed with nutrition. The menu doesn't mention it, but it does come with a beautiful darker amber syrup. I could make a meal just out of the pancake. But I also ordered The Worker Bee with the sublime hardwood bacon. The bacon was so good I scarfed down a piece before I remembered to take a picture.
