My Build Your Own Pizza - Large with one-topping pizza was overloaded with cheese, to the point that the moisture from all the cheese prevented the thin crust from fully baking properly, leaving it a bit wet and doughy on the bottom. Proportion of toppings is key to a successful pizza.
The Lasagna had all the right ingredients, so I'm sure it's a good recipe, however the lasagna noodles were extremely overcooked, making the entire dish a big mushy mess.
In both cases their products suffered from poor execution, but with better quality control could have been great."
