My steak with mushrooms and a potato arrived cold and basically inedible. The cut of beef is the most disgusting, veiny, low-quality piece of steak I’ve ever received from a restaurant. I’ll be uploading a photo. To make it worse, they smothered it in soggy, half-raw onions even though I specifically requested mushrooms. I understand onions are cheaper than mushrooms, but charging for mushrooms and covering the steak in wet onions instead is unacceptable.
The smoothie they advertise all over the app that I ordered was also missing. The Dasher told me nothing was packed for a drink. When I called the restaurant, the manager Walter just told me to contact the app. Emily packed the order.
The brownie bite dessert also came with a laughably tiny scoop of ice cream in what looks like a sauce cup.
This isn’t the first time items have been missing from orders here, but it will absolutely be the last time I ever order from this location again. Completely unacceptable."

Then on the Quesadilla order it was very little steak to where one of the cuts was just tortilla and little cheese. and the Burrito Bowls were packed with mostly rice"
"We've ordered from Chipotle in the past and it's been good but last few times location in Porter Ranch has gone down hill in quality and sevice. In fact this last order is unedible. We ordered 2xBuritto Bowls and 1 Burrito.the rice was hard and uncooked in both bowls, including the burrito which makes it very difficult to eat of course.
The steak was fatty and chewey on top of that.
The chicken bowl had partially uncooked chicken, and it was all cold even though the driver came straight from this location which is only 1.2 miles away.
We won't be ordering from here again, and will stick to Sharky's or Baja Fresh when in the mood for healthy quick Mexican food. I blame the management at this location, not the whole chain.
You can see the fatty leather-like steak below, and the small bowl as well that was clearly so cold that it's separating from the sides. All the rice being hard and uncooked was the worst part however."
