For however undercooked the potato was, the egg on top made up for by being so overcooked that it sat like a rigged, rubbery plate on top. I don't know what happened to the yolk, it was almost non-existant, and what tiny bit remained was so dry it was crumbly. I blew my entire day's budget on this meal, hoping that I would have left overs for breakfast as well, so I picked at it a bit, but finally threw it in the trash with contempt, and went to bed hungry.
