I also got an Egg & Cheese Sandwich on an everything bagel. The bagel is really good and chewy, like bagels are supposed to be. The cheese was real cheddar and the egg was well cooked. I'd recommend putting mayo or some type of condiment on it because it was a bit bland - but it's exactly as described in the menu so I can't really complain.
