"This is my favorite food truck in Detroit! My Seafood Fries were incredible! Good amount of crawfish (which is tough to come by at most restaurants) and a good amount of sauce and shrimp.
I normally find Food Trucks to have uneven quality. Melba's bucks that trend. Just incredible and the fact that they're able to handle seafood that well in a Food Truck is a testament to their management
Great job guys!"
"Tried this truck after seeing Nardball's review on IG. He was right the food smacks! The Catfish Poboy with shrimp? OMG it was fresh, flavorful, and huge! The Wings (Signature Garlic Cajun) 6 pc will have you smacking your lips and licking your fingers. They needed a little more sauce for my personal preference. The Oysters (6) are tasty, but I wouldn't buy them again because I prefer my oysters cooked over charcoal for add smokiness. Overall, I highly recommend this food truck. I'll be back!"

"This food is excellent and 1 potato is 2 meals in my opinion. The ingredients are fresh and the potatoes are huge. The Southwest Egg Rolls were perfect. I've only had 2 types of potatoes but I haven't seen 1 that I wouldn't try."

"First time getting this- I really wanted a chicken bowl from the Colonel, they were closed, so they had a bogo deal on their Homestyle Bowl , (it was meant to be!) Not knowing what to expect I got 4, thinking they would be like were probably smaller, I even got an extra side of Brown Gravy because just in case lol I did not need it because it looked made of love, the bowls had some weight, nice size! Especially for the price, some Macaroni & Cheese and a Biscuit. It was so good! Would definitely order again! I was not expecting that from here, shoutout to whoever made this"
"First order: I've never had any white meat chicken this tender, its a revelation and definitely delicious. The sides were of ample portions! I'd say the potatoes were whipped not mashed, the gravy excellent, the biscuits were as good as I'd hoped they could be. Everything tasted a bit salty otherwise delicious. The pecan pie was OK if a little small. "

"From Pittsburgh and came for a concert, best frog legs and boil I ever had!!!"
"This was not edible. I expected a nice crab dinner and I had my utensils ready for it. It weighed about 8 pounds when I picked it up and found less than one-half a pound was edible. There was more than one inch of brown sludge covering the bottom of the pan. The eggs were way over cooked as you see in the green slime inside them. The potatoes were close to raw. The crab was so meager in meat that I thought it had been playing in the world cup. The two pieces of small corn were okay. The three pieces of shrimp at the bottom of the sludge were smaller than I could see in the frozen section of some shelf in Kroger's. The final cost was just over $70.00. Of the 8 pounds of weight. I threw out 7 pounds of unedible waste. A piece of this mess fell on the floor when I was trying to find some crab meat and even my dogs walked away. I hope to see this address on Woodward with a new owner's name on it very soon. This is an awful rip-off. Next time, it's back to the Red Sea in Dearborn. Oh, and wait ! Sausage? Nope, it was not there. "

"I love the place soo much, that I stopped dealing with everyone else. My only complaint now is.... Where did the biscuits go and Why???? They are so good, please put them back on the menu!!!! The entire neighborhood feels the very same way, the line is ridiculous around lunchtime. From the Great Fish,to the Tenders perfect sizes, the potato wedges are favorites and everything is Fresh. Eat Here"
"While this was decent fried chicken like you would make at home it had none of the characteristics of Krispy Krunchy chicken. It did have the crunchy coating and spices I get at the Greektown location. We were disappointed thank goodness there was a small discount."

"Honestly, the Bacon Cheeseburger was much better than something you’d get at McDonald’s. Better ingredients, a generous portion, and everything tasted pretty fresh. Definitely a solid option if you’re looking for something open late at night. I’d order it again! The Corned Beef Eggroll x2 x2 wasn’t bad either, but nothing too special."
"Amazing would highly recommend ordered a smorgasbord of items as it was my first time here and I was not let down onion rings were cooked perfectly along with breaded mushrooms. Chicken club wrap was perfect juicy chicken wrapped in what I assume is a big burrito wrap toasted perfectly
And the fan favorite the chicken strips were perfect I would definitely order again"

"oh my god this fish , fries, cold slaw, Jumbo Shrimp Jumbo - 5Pc are excellent the quality of food is great , the quantity of food is unbeliveable. wow! a business who caterers to it's customers needs { a full tummy} this was my first time trying this fish spot I will be a returing customer. THANKS for restoring my faith in Restaurants "
"So I read the reviews they were mixed imo I still have them a try yes it is a tiny fish cut up into four pieces the price reflects that for the dinner meal but they could still be more transparent however my actual issue was the strong foul fishy stench of an odor coming from the cooked catfish it had a sharp taste as well I was unable to eat it the fries tasted similar to the fish this is the second blind buy from a fish restaurant that thoroughly disappointed me the shrimp were the only thing edible and were decent in taste nothing special but not bad at all I'll have to stick to my usual places like bashas or chix kings every where else seems to be hit or miss and waste of time and money"

"The Lobster Roll is good, always love it. The Crab Cake however was a little thin and for the price, I expected two. The Grilled & Chilled Shrimp was also a major disappointment, for the price I expected tiger shrimp size, not what was received. I won't be ordering the latter two again. "

"Eggroll (5 pcs) were amazing ! I got the chicken flavors, my friends thought they were a bit spicy...But I loved the spice and flavor. A great late night snack ! I would order again. They were also really big! Worth the price for the portion. "
"The T-Bone Steak Dinner is always on point. The steak is perfectly sliced, not too thick or too thin, and still a great portion size. The seasoning is always amazing, and the food tastes fresh every time. I’m hooked!
The waffle fries are delicious too, especially with BBQ sauce. I’ve ordered this so many times, and I’ll definitely order it again. The portions are great, the flavor is consistent, and you can tell they put care into the food. Highly recommend!"

"Leva. Youve come a long way from sour hash browns and Sandwich Side chip dust You gave me when You were Paul Lukes. Everyone deserves another chance though. Welcome Back!! The Half Pound Cheeseburgers are da bomb, the soups and salads rate 5 starts as is everything I have tried so far. Even better is the inexpensive prices, portions and speed & efficient Staff. Kudos! I'll keep coming back."
"Chicken on Cobb Salad was seasoned perfectly and very tender. Pancakes were large and filling. Cheese burger is a cheeseburger. It didn't come with any toppings I didn't want any either so that was a plus. The Farmers Omelette wasn't what I expected I probably won't order it again. "
