"This was my first visit and will definitely give it a try again. The wings were HUGE and the portions on the Big Breakfast lived up the name. the Collard Green Egg Rolls (3) were also tasty. The salmon was beautifully blackened with a deep, well-balanced seasoning that gave it that perfect smoky crust while still keeping the inside tender and flaky. The grits were smooth, creamy, and properly seasoned — the kind of texture you only get when they’re made with care. The eggs were fresh, cooked exactly right, and completed the plate without overpowering the other flavors.
