"This was my second time ordering from Fixins'. This experience was almost as perfect at the first except in the 3 Piece Plate ,the 2 chicken breasts were fried too fast in oil that was too hot. The crust was overcooked and too dark vs golden brown.What should have been crunchy was this side of being burnt and the meat drier than expected. The chicken leg however was undercooked and as shown in the pic, still slightly bloody at the bone and drained into the box. To be safe I chose to microwave the trio for 2 mins before eating. The sides: double Collard Greens and double Potato Salad were EXCELLENT as before. I think next go around I'll go with a Veggie plate instead. To their credit, the portions are ample and filling. I had leftovers both times"

"Gave it 2 stars simply off the fact that they at least got my order right and didn't miss anything when preparing my order. But i would give this place 3/10. The food has no flavor or seasoning. I ordered the family meal 2 to feed 5 and it came with 2 large sides but the size of the sides can barely feed 3 without being very skimpy. Spaghetti was bland no meat in it just mushrooms peppers and a very watered down sauce. Also the red beans and rice was so disgusting I couldn't even eat them. They were waaay too overdone and mushy like I was eating baby food. Like only one batch was made for the entire day and it just sitting there kept warm until someone order it. No flavor. Disappointed. Won't be ordering from here again. Krispy Krunchy Chicken has better red beans and rice than this. Only thing good was the whiting fish. "
