"Very nice late night find! Cream Cheese Wonton's were so good I wish the portions were bigger bc I caught myself wanting more hahah paired that with a Fresh Mango with Sweet sticky rice portion and although a little too sweet for my personal taste it was so creamy and flavorful! would order from here again! (Maybe add a strawberry sticky rice to your menu I would order it at least 1x a week lol)"
"I would definitely order this again! The Beef Waterfall (Nam Tok Neau) was fresh and just the right amount of spice. The Cream Cheese Wonton was crispy and creamy. I appreciated how the sticky rice was packed. Everything was delivered very hot even after a slight delivery delay."

"I really love this business and the owner. One time my order was delayed because she had stepped away to help a friend and forgot to close her DoorDash hours. Even though it was an honest mistake, she took full responsibility and offered to make it right with free food in the future, which I really appreciated.

"I always order pho from this place through DoorDash, and it’s consistently perfect every time! The broth is rich, flavorful, and arrives piping hot, even with delivery. "As a Californian who just recently moved here to Utah. This pho reminded me of home! I was very pleased. The amount size of garnish was perfect the limes were perfect and the tripe I ordered in my pho was perfect! It wasn't heavy and it was very light like Pho should be not oily or thick. Meat was cooked thoroughly and was still hot when receiving the package. I was so happy with the pho. Not as good as back home but... definitely hit the spot close to home. I do recommend adding more of the cloves and spices that go in the broth a little more but over all 9.8/10. Delicious!"
"The ox tail was amazing, fell off the bone, incredible flavor, and it's big portions, enough to eat once and twice later on the day with the leftovers, the veggies are very very fresh as well. I would order again."

"Not what I would expect for a hot and sour soup, but the Hot and Sour Seafood Pho was the best soup I've ever had. "This is my favourite restaurant!

Thank you! Chè Chuôi is great and so are you!"
"Way too much cinnamon in the Strawberry Horchata, it's distractingly overpowering.
The Pork & Shrimp spring rolls are lovely and I was pleasantly surprised at the number of them in the order - the listing didn't specify (total of 4, btw). I'm not the biggest fan of the added tang/spice in the peanut sauce, but I appreciate the porion sizes. Everything seemed pretty fresh; I'll have to remember this place for future spring roll cravings."

"It's solid food for a great price. The fried rice has the wok hei flavor which you can't really reproduce at home. Their pho Phở Broth Onlyis good but average compared to places that focus on it, but the it turns your Bánh Mì- Sandwich into a delicious French dip."
"I just moved back to Salt Lake from Las Vegas. While I've found a couple good restaurants to eat here in the SLC - there hasn't been many that I've felt like I needed to go back to. Cafe Trang Bistro Midvale however, I will certainly be returning to and coming back for more. The broth was incredible and quite literally brought me back to life. "Saigon Blossom is one of my absolute favorite restaurants and I am so blessed they are so close by. I probably order takeout from there at least once a week, but often times it's way more. Friendly service, great pricing, and the food is amazing. "
"The pricing felt a bit high for the overall quality of the food. The fried rice had very minimal ham and almost no egg, which made it hard to justify the $19+ price. The house pho was fairly simple, mainly consisting of beef and meatballs, without the variety you might expect from a ‘combination pho,’ and the flavor was a bit underwhelming for $15+. Overall, while the experience wasn’t terrible, there are other places that offer more flavorful dishes at a similar price point.” Maybe the other dishes might be better?"

"THE BEST PHO IN SALT LAKE !!! I have been coming here for almost 2 years and have tried a lot of pho in the valley but this place remains number one!!! The food is always fresh and so so delicious. You can taste the quality of the broth in every sip, everyone I have brought to this spot is automatically in love with the pho here. To make it better everything on the menu is good. My personal favorites are a number 9 small eye of round steak, number 19 vermicelli noodles with beef (the seasoning/garlic on the beef is out of this world) , number 48 shrimp/ham fried rice , number 51 chicken flat noodles (noodles are chewy and perfect amount of meat to noodle ratio) and most recently I tried number 61 Bahi Mi with beef so yummy. They have all the sauces and chili oil that you need already on the table making the experience as seamless as possible. This is easily my favorite restaurant for takeout and dine in."

"Loved the banh mi. The S8. Garlic-Ribeye banh mi might be my favorite now. Their banh mi bread is so fresh and soft with the crisp crunch on the outside. "Delicious and hot even after delivery. The Beef Pho - Phở Bò brisket had a delicate broth and the brisket was delicious and high quality. The Saigon Crispy Spring Rolls - Chả Giò (2 Pieces) was a HUGE portion and so good. But the best part of my order was the Pot Stickers - Bánh Quai Vạc (6 Pieces) - sooo tasty, and a huge portion as well! The whole meal was super delicious and so much food that we even had leftovers."
"The shaken beef was a major disappointment, first off there was not much beef for a dish that is usually a big pile of flavorful sticky beef. Secondly, there was no flavor, no spices, no marinade.
Third, it was tough and chewy! It's usually made with beef tenderloin. This certainly was not. What a major disappointment all around for a dish that was $24! I ate the rice. It was fine. Hard to ruin rice, I suppose. "

"It was okay. I've eaten from here a lot in the past and always enjoyed. I was a little disappointed because this order seemed to come with an unusually low amount of broth. The broth tasted a lot more watered down than usual. But it was still good, I still enjoyed it. "

"This is our FAVORITE place for Pho in the valley. We've done delivery and pickup - the inside is super cute! The food is packaged very well, and the pho containers are the perfect size for the noodles, sprouts, and other accompaniments. The Side of Broth is incredibly flavorful and is phenomenal on its own or with the full fixins in a 21. Ribeye - Pho Tai. We also love their lemongrass rolls and their egg rolls. Highly recommend!"

"I was nervous to branch out from my favorite pho spot but because they have no delivery services, I went with this local joint for the first time. So so grateful for a wonderful experience!
My 28. Rare Beef Pho broth was hot upon arrival, and a couple sips of broth alone confirmed it was just the healing brew I needed. I ordered the extra large portion as I knew I'd want some leftovers and the quantity was perfect. Enough for me to have a portion tonight with a bit more for tomorrows lunch while I'm under the weather. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the side beansprouts, jalepenos, Thai basil and lime were plentiful. I enjoyed every bite/slurp and will certainly save this spot for future delivery! Thank you Pho Bien Hoa. "

"The pho was small they give you less noodles and meat than most places but the broth itself is great loved the flavor. The Drunken Noodle Shrimp was so good and had quite a bit of shrimp in it. That is a good size and has good flavor. This place is great it's definitely a hole in the wall hidden gem I had come across the prices are reasonable. The Crispy Egg Rolls are a 1.75 for one so be aware you arent gonna get three like the picture shows and that was perfect for me! "

"I got a Lovely Salad with meatballs and steak, cucumber, lettuce, and rice noodles. It was light but filling. The dressing was nice, homemade. They gave 4-5 meatballs that were tender, nicely seasoned, not oily or dry.
The steak pieces were tender, no gristle.
The salad was a good size, I had some left over and it lasted fairly well with only one dressing put on it! I am going to try itl as a Noodle and Veggie Bowl next time!
I like that it wasnt oily or heavy, and the flavors were unique, too! There are lots of choices for add-ons."
"This salad was really nice! The meat was tender, moist, and delicious! I got the lettuce base, which was crisp n fresh.
The corn and noodles were perfect! The Ginger Dressing is not too spicy. For garnish, a lime section could add more flavor. In the dressing a bit of orange juice, or more ginger, perhaps? Or just as it is, yummy!
I look forward to ordering it again, soon!"

"Massaman Curry had huge potatoes and small pieces of chicken.
Thai Chicken Wings were good and did not need the orange sauce that came in a separate container. Deep Fried Egg Rolls were good. Mango Sticky Rice was also delicious."
"The Tom Kha & Panang Curry are some of the best I've ever had! I love that the Tom Kha comes with rice, I love eating it over rice rather than a soup. I got medium spice on both and they came wonderfully spiced to a medium. The Panang Curry had plenty of veggies and chicken.
Now for the Papaya Salad (Lao Style) it looks amazing, but the moment I took off the lid it smelled of fermented fish sauce so bad, I took a bite and overwhelmed with fish sauce. Im sad and hoping I can add sugar and somehow fix it because it is not edible. Lastly, the Cream Cheese Wontons look so good but they're just meh, dense cream cheese not a fluffy cream cheese texture. They would be awesome if the filling was fluffy or had green onions or crab. I would not order them again.
I will definitely order their Panang Curry and Tom Kha again! "
