"The photo really doesn't do the tacos justice. They're huge! The fish was a fresh, thick boneless filet of real fish, not that icky pressed and formed kind of "filet." It was cooked just right - moist and tender! The tacos were enclosed in two soft, pliable tortillas (corn for me, but you can order soft flour tortillas if that's your thing). The toppings I ordered were crunchy cabbage, cilantro, a little pico de gallo, chipotle mayo, and mild pickled jalapeños. There are lots of other included toppings you can order, and a few special toppings for a nominal price. I had also ordered a side of black beans and a sude if refried beans. The black beans were perfectly cooked, still whole, but in their own creamy black beans sauce. The refried pintos had the perfect texture, not too thin and not too thick and they were deliciously seasoned. The entire order arrived very hot and fresh.
