The spice isn't there heat wise, so anyone can enjoy it as it's more a slight taste flavor in my opinion. So it's nothing crazy if you're curious , but not bad either. I also got a concrete with this and again I'm surprised by this place's dessert. It was one of the SOFTEST desserts I had. They really have sold me each time so far on getting dessert from here if nothing else."
