The popcorn chicken wasn't seasoned too well, seems like almost all of the seasoning avoided the chicken and fell straight to the bottom of the carton. Seasoning is clumped together, almost in little balls. Chicken tasted very oily and greasy, and had the texture of leftover chicken bits. It was all breading, and tasted a little burnt."

"I was really looking forward to trying the food here, and I was quite disappointed. I got the LA Galbi Combo (BBQ Short Rib) 갈비 +순두부. Almost everything was overcooked. The flavor of the LA galbi itself was ok, but the meat was rubbery. The fried croaker was so overcooked that the meat was almost hard like plastic. The rice was overly soft and chewy, and the beans banchan were dry in an unpleasant way. The serving sizes were quite small for the price as well -- I wasn't expecting a ton of food, but for $35+ delivery, I was expecting more, especially of the banchan. The banchan included a few pieces of cabbage kimchi, a tablespoon or two of dry beans, and a quarter cup or so each of fish cakes and some kind of slaw.
Overall the flavor was alright, but the textures were off and I felt that I wasn't getting a lot of value in either quality or quantity."

"This placed used to be great. I hadn't ordered an awhile but recently tried some new things
that were really disappponting. The Backyard BBQ Chicken Plate was way too spicy, and it appeared be mostly brown meat. It tasted like it was covered in chili powder. The Black Forest Ham and Swiss on Marbled Rye was totally drenched in unpalatable mustard (that tasted like it had curry in it) and kept falling apart. The bread wasn't soft at all from being refrigerated, so I had to heat it in the oven. The ham was fatty, and there was way too much purple cabbage between the slices of bread, making the sandwich hard to hold.
That said, their salads have been consistently good, and I recommend the Craft Bacon Cheeseburger Mac.
