Every item looked slopped together instead of thoughtfully prepared. It felt like everything was overloaded with toppings just to make the portions look bigger. More isn’t always better....
The ricotta toast had so much ricotta and bacon that I thought they forgot the toast part (ha). The cream cheese was piled on so dang heavily it overwhelmed the bagel.
Another sandwich was completely buried under a mountain of lettuce, to the point you couldn’t even see what had actually been made. Even the bacon and eggs looked carelessly thrown together, that bacon does NOT look edible to me. Maybe someone else might want to eat that, but not me.
Nothing looked fresh, balanced, or appetizing. Presentation matters, especially when you’re charging premium prices. The photos speak for themselves.
I don’t mind paying for quality fresh food , but this felt like quantity over quality, and unfortunately I wouldn’t order it again."

"I grew up going to the original Bubbakoos in Point pleasant and this was nothing compared to it. There was no cilantro or lime in the cilantro lime rice. It was plain white rice. Half of the BUFFALO CRISPY CHICKEN QUESADILLA had no buffalo or chicken in it. It was just a plain cheese quesadilla. And the BOOM BOOM SHRIMP TACO TRIO had 3 tiny pieces of shrimp and way too much red onion like they were just trying to fill empty space. The BURRITO BOWL was so bland which is hard to manage when there's so many different ingredients in it. Rice was just plain white rice and the ground beef was plain. They didn't season it at all. The "fresh" quac was browning like it was yesterdays leftovers. I'm so confused because The Bubbakoos I used to go to was so good and everything was seasoned perfectly. However, this location is Tom's River is not worth it."
