I am not very sophisticated, so seeing a separation of food items to recreate their dishes was initially overwhelming, but also allowed a creative challenge. "I tried the brisket and ribeye pho from here and I’m genuinely impressed, everything about the bowl hit the mark. The meat was cooked to perfection, it melts in your mouth. The ribeye had just the right amount of marbling and the brisket was rich without being fatty.
