I love american cheese on a spicy chicken sandwich (admittedly not sure what kind of cheese it was) but I couldn't taste it at all. That was a bit of a let down. The siders are big so I could only eat one. It had a good amount of sauce and the bread was amazingly soft like those buns you roll onto a ball during Thanksgiving when you're a kid lol
