"When checking out menu one day found out that Rosa's delvers breakfast but cut off time is 10:30 am. Since I usually don't order until that time I've missed out on breakfast orders. Ordered earlier & got 2 breakfast bowls (sausage & bacon w/o the refried beans & 2 breakfast plates (sausage & bacon) to eat one when the order came & the others for later. I have a habit of eating late breakfasts even for dinner. All had large portions & the entire order was well packaged. The flour tortillas were wrapped in a heavy wrapper so they would stay warm. The hot sauce was packaged separately so it wouldn't spill out & ruin the other orders or the sack that the entire order was packed. The drink, the Chacha, was completely watered down so much so that the drink content had separated to the bottom of the cup with 2 inches of water in the top of the cup. I tried storing it around to reincorporate the ingredients, but the flavor was too watered down to enjoy.

"I am a regular IHOP customer, and this is the first time I have been genuinely disappointed with a meal I ordered from this location.First, my order included pancakes, but the syrup was missing, which meant I couldn't properly enjoy them.
I also ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette. The meat was overcooked, there was hardly any cheese in the omelette, and the fresh avocado that is supposed to come with it was completely missing.
Additionally, I ordered the Colorado Omelette, and once again, the meat was overcooked. It is supposed to be served with salsa, but it was not included in the order either.
The side of hash browns was also an extremely small portion. In fact, when I first opened the container, I thought it was empty because there was so little in it.
As a loyal customer, this experience was very disappointing. Missing items, poor portion sizes, and overcooked ingredients are not what I have come to expect from IHOP. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be ordering again from the IHOP location at 2345 S Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville, TX.
I hope that reviews are taken seriously by management and make an effort to improve the quality of their service."
