"While the food isn't bad it is severely over priced. I got 8 pieces of small chicken chunks in my soup, the rest was toppings and liquid. My husband received very little chicken in his $17 chicken quesadillas. The queso while good was incredibly expensive for the amount that you get especially considering there's no meat in it. I feel like we got ripped off in the meat department and we were overcharged quite a bit.  I included a picture of the chicken quesadilla where you can see that there's only two small pieces of chicken. Taco Bell puts more chicken on their quesadillas..."

"I am a regular IHOP customer, and this is the first time I have been genuinely disappointed with a meal I ordered from this location.First, my order included pancakes, but the syrup was missing, which meant I couldn't properly enjoy them.
I also ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette. The meat was overcooked, there was hardly any cheese in the omelette, and the fresh avocado that is supposed to come with it was completely missing.
Additionally, I ordered the Colorado Omelette, and once again, the meat was overcooked. It is supposed to be served with salsa, but it was not included in the order either.
The side of hash browns was also an extremely small portion. In fact, when I first opened the container, I thought it was empty because there was so little in it.
As a loyal customer, this experience was very disappointing. Missing items, poor portion sizes, and overcooked ingredients are not what I have come to expect from IHOP. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be ordering again from the IHOP location at 2345 S Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville, TX.
I hope that reviews are taken seriously by management and make an effort to improve the quality of their service."
