"They've totally changed their NY crust. It's terrible. They blatantly ignore requests for extra cheese (that you pay for) and just charge you and don't add it. They think you can't tell, but different cheeses taste different. You'd think a pizza place would know that. Don't buy here unless you feel like wasting your money and getting burnt pizza that's somehow also cold with not a lot of cheese.
