"Tai San's pad see eiw is unique and different from every other Thai restaurant I've tried. The noodles are thick and there's a good amount of sauce. Some of the noodles are fried and crispy. I'm sure some people wouldn't enjoy it and want traditional pad see eiw, but I think this variation is delightful and I keep coming back for more. The Pad Thai Tofu NDL barely had any tofu in it, and the eggs, sprouts, onions, and peanuts were pretty much all but non-existent. I'm also 99% sure that the tamarind sauce on it was made with a ton of ketchup too, but either way, it tasted so bad that I ended up throwing it out after a few bites.
The Pad See Eiw CK was bland and incredibly dry and chewy, but at least it was somewhat edible."
