The injection method of cooking it felt a bit odd (there are collections of what they inject in the chicken close to the bone and they're an odd colour which might startle some at first) but it was fine, the chicken was cooked through. The pieces of chicken did leave behind a noticeable puddle of oil on my plate and did feel greasy both in terms of touching and eating it.
