Boy was I disappointed, what was supposed to steak was mainly pieces of fat! There was hardly any chicken to be found and the overall portion was significantly less. This is not a cheap item. The Seared Eel with Miso Cream Cheese is a must-order; the eel sauce paired with the miso cream cheese feels light on your tongue, but packed with flavor. The Salmon Toro* melts in your mouth (to the right of the Southern Bluefin Toro* in the photo) and the Seared Salmon Toro* is a slightly tougher but smoky bite.
