"Straight up the worst Wingstop I have ever been to. Got an order for pickup; all my wings for a 50-piece meal were dry AF, like that's the whole reason I usually pick Wingstop over everywhere else. My garlic and my BBQ were stacked on my garlic parm wings, but it's not like it matters, because, as I said, all the wings virtually had no sauce. My wing count was off, and I ended up getting 46 instead of 50. Not to mention, I ordered and paid for the big thing of ranch and didn't even get it. Honestly, it wouldn't be a big deal if it were like a 15$ - 20$ order, but it was a 100$ meal to feed my family, and that's the BS quality I get, wild. I think I'm done with Wingstop for good. This crap happens way too often these days, and this is getting way too expensive for the poor quality. The only good things were the fries, and the restaurant was really clean for the 90 seconds I was in there."

My smoothie was melted when I got it, I get it because it did say it was a longer commute but even still, package it differently if you're sending those type of products so it can get to me with integrity. I also hate whip cream on my smoothie. I feel like they should list the ingredients so people can know 1, it's a milky type smoothie and 2, it does have whip cream in top. The taste of the smoothie was decent though. The potatos... There was no hot drizzle, that was not mozzarella cheese. The just unseasoned, run of the mill potatoes with jalapeños and one slice of melted cheese on the top. Cheese doesn't even cover all the potatoes. Just underwhelming af. That said, I ordered 3 bowls, and all three were missing the honey addon I selected. That's $3 I'm out, not to mention not getting exactly the food I ordered. Not the worst thing ever, but not great service and definitely made for a less great experience and even less value.
3.75ish stars overall. Would be 4 stars if they'd not forgotten the honey and 4.5-5 stars if they provided better value via lower prices and/or larger portion sizes.
