I am giving this location one star solely because of my experience with the employee who prepared and handled the orders. The restaurant itself was very clean, organized, and the food tasted good.
My concern is with the repeated solicitation of tips. If a tip jar is available, it should be the customer’s choice whether to leave a tip based on the service they receive. It is uncomfortable and inappropriate for employees to verbally request tips before customers have even received their food or paid for their order.
While I was there, an elderly couple came in to pick up an order that had apparently been placed for them by someone else. They seemed confused about the process and were charged over $30 for a foot-long turkey and cheese sandwich, two bags of chips, and two cookies. Before they were even handed their order, they were asked to leave a tip. Despite appearing hesitant and possibly on a limited budget, they felt pressured to contribute what little cash they had available.
To make matters worse, the gentleman later realized he had only received one cookie instead of the two he paid for. He appeared embarrassed and chose not to return to the counter to correct the mistake.
I fully understand the importance of tips—I worked as a waitress for many years. However, tips should be earned through good service and left at the customer’s discretion, not requested in a way that makes customers feel obligated or uncomfortable.
The cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of the food were excellent, but the employee’s behavior significantly detracted from the overall experience."

Cajun fettuccine with Parmesan crusted chicken (no shrimp or bacon), cheese garlic bread, and the tortellini garlic cream sauce (the most flavor and sauce) and another pasta with the Cajun Alfredo sauce.
No spice at all and no sauce aside from the tortellini. It's a must to order extra sauce if you want regular sauce level. I haven't eaten here since 2019 and now I know why. Go to Nothing But Noodles instead.
Also - check out my cheese garlic bread. Where is the cheese? I had to use the container of marinara sauce that pairs with the bread for my pasta. Smh."
