"I love this place!! Most amazing authentic Korean food you will find in this area! I have eaten at the restaurant several times and had it delivered and the quality is never compromised. The spicy tofu T7.Spicy Tofu Stew(Sundubu) (3PD) is ACTUALLY spicy and so full of flavor. The banchans are delicious. Worth every penny "
"The marinated dumplings were very flavorful and hit the spot! The portion was great for snacking and well worth the price! Next time I will likely ask for more green onions on them. Just perfect!"

"The food is really good, very good amount of everything including the shared beef, sides are very delicious, steam rice was perfect and spicy to perfection."
"Maybe it was just dish; but, the Handcrafted Dumpling & Rice Cake in Ox Bone Broth was not so great.
The dumplings were undercooked.
For almost $20, the portion was way to small as well.
I've had better tasting and bigger portions in other places.

"Love that it's open at 7 am as I start work early and have Korean cravings! The price for the huge feast I got was extremely reasonable and everything arrived warm and tastes great"
"I was really looking forward to trying the food here, and I was quite disappointed. I got the LA Galbi Combo (BBQ Short Rib) 갈비 +순두부. Almost everything was overcooked. The flavor of the LA galbi itself was ok, but the meat was rubbery. The fried croaker was so overcooked that the meat was almost hard like plastic. The rice was overly soft and chewy, and the beans banchan were dry in an unpleasant way. The serving sizes were quite small for the price as well -- I wasn't expecting a ton of food, but for $35+ delivery, I was expecting more, especially of the banchan. The banchan included a few pieces of cabbage kimchi, a tablespoon or two of dry beans, and a quarter cup or so each of fish cakes and some kind of slaw.
Overall the flavor was alright, but the textures were off and I felt that I wasn't getting a lot of value in either quality or quantity."

"I ordered Chicken box 2. They replaced my 4chicken legs with 1 tiny chicken leg, 1 wing, and some battered bones. I thought they were boneless pieces but after biting into them I realized they were just batter and bones. Sefinitelynot the quality I usually get from this retaurant. "

"Everything was delish! Ive been craving these flavors for sometime now and this definitely hit the spot.
I ordered through door dash and it was delivered in packaging that kept my food at the correct temperature, with out leaking , or sogginess. Portions seemed to be fair for the price and enough to keepyour belly full. I saved half my Spicy Pork roll. And used my Banchan (Extra Side Dish) to eat with my siderice for late night. Im a snacker so this meal was just great for me to snack on all day. The Bulgogi is a new fave. "

"I didn't have the energy to cook for myself so ordered the Wok-Fried Tofu bowl and added House made kimchi. Truly never disappoints! "The Jjajangmyeon + Dumplings Combo has a large portion of noodle that can feed me for 1.5 meals. Jjajangmyeon tastes really good, the yellow radish level up the taste. Dumplings are a bit oily but taste good too."
"I ordered the Jjajangmyeon + Tangsuyuk Combo, and it was really good! I’ve been craving Korean-style jjajangmyeon lately, and it definitely satisfied my craving. There wasn’t anything particularly unique about it compared to other places, but if you’re just looking for a solid, tasty jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk, this might be a great option. "Chicken Sandwich was very crunchy, although I wish they had a better slaw. Shrimp Shumai (steamed) was delicious, the mayo on top complimented it well. The seasoned fries were tasty and not too salty. The Korean Street Corn was pretty good. I think it would compliment ramen or tteokbokki well, but a lot on its own. "
"I don't know how they did it but it was amazing! The crunch the flavor the customer service, 10/10! The fried chicken was so crunchy but so juicy inside. Freshly made and well portioned! Will definitely be ordering again."

One of my fave Korean spots - great comfort meals. Everything is very well packed for take out. The (SPICY) Seafood -SUJEBI (매운해물 수제비 and Chicken-KALGUKSU (닭 칼국수) are delicious.
The "spicy" soups and SIDE - 12oz Yeolmu Kimchi (열무김치) are spicier than at other places, but still good."

"Ham Hung Restaurant absolutely delivered again. The Sam Gye Tang was rich, clean, and deeply comforting - the broth had that perfect balance of savory depth without being heavy, and the chicken was tender all the way through. The portion was generous, and it tasted exactly like the kind of traditional Korean home‑style cooking that’s hard to find in LA.
The Dried Pollack Soup was another standout. Light but flavorful, with that signature pollack aroma and a broth that warms you instantly. It’s the kind of dish that feels restorative, and they executed it perfectly.
Service was quick, the food came out piping hot, and everything tasted fresh. If you’re craving authentic Korean soups done right, Ham Hung is one of the few places that still gets it exactly right."
"I'm Korean myself and Ham Hung Restaurant delivered one of the best Korean catering meals I’ve had in Los Angeles. The flavors were bold, clean, and deeply comforting, exactly what you want from classic Korean soups.
Spicy Beef and Vegetables Soup (Yukgaejang)
This was outstanding. The broth had that perfect balance of heat and richness, with tender beef and vegetables that tasted incredibly fresh. The portion was generous, and the spice level was satisfying without overwhelming the flavor. I would absolutely order this again.
Spicy Beef Soup (Galbitang) (GF)
The Galbitang was equally impressive, clear, savory broth with premium beef short rib that was fall‑apart tender. You can tell they use high‑quality ingredients, and the gluten‑free option is a huge plus. It’s the kind of soup that feels restorative.
Haemul Pajeon

"Spicy Combination Tofu Soup is delicious and had a good portion of protein! Came with banchan (I liked the bean sprouts and mac salad) and rice. Best price for soondubu around Ktown :)"
"We are from out of town & 1/2 Korean. Everything we ordered was delicious. Tastes just like Oppas cooking. All of our items came neatly packed, with everything we needed for utensils. Loved the Japchae & the Bulgogi BBQ & the Spicy Cucumber Salad & the nice little extras they added like a cup yummy bean sprout soup, side salad & a 4 item Banchan box of sprouts, kimchi, spicy cucumbers and a sweet macaroni salad. all in all we were so impressed with everything."

"The food I ordered from Kingyubu was the best of my life. I tried several different flavors, and the Lemon Salmon Bulgogi was the best. The Rose Tteokbokki was even better than in Korea—I haven't found a better one anywhere. The sushi rolls were unique and incredibly delicious as well."
"This place really delivered on freshness—every piece of fish was soft, clean-tasting, and perfectly textured, with none of that off-putting fishiness you sometimes get. I had the California Maki, King Yubu, Lemon Salmon Yubu, Philly Cream Salmon Yubu, and Mentaiko Crabmeat Yubu, and everything was well-prepared with balanced flavors and rice that held its own without being too salty. Even though I wish there was a bit more wasabi and soy sauce, the food itself was bomb, delicious, and surprisingly affordable for the quality."

"Everything was still hot when I received it and it was packed exceptionally well! The udon was flavorful and light, and the noodles were packed separate from the broth to keep them from getting overcooked! The rice bowl was delicious as well. Everything is also very fairly priced!"
"I wish there was more sauce on the chicken, but I’m satisfied because it’s cheap and delicious!
The tteokbokki was a bit too salty and lacked sweetness, so it wasn’t to my taste. However, the portion size is generous for the price!
The mixed tempura is $6 for the small size, and it includes dumplings, gimbap, shrimp tempura, and squid tempura. I ordered it without the dumplings, and this is the portion I got! Considering the current prices, it’s really a lot of food, so thank you!"

"The small size of 3.1. Tangsuyuk-Sweet Rice (찹쌀 탕수육) -(S) is still a great portion. The 2.1. Zizon Jjajang (지존 짜장) hit the spot so good! This meal came with a hefty portion of pickled radish (and the kind that don't look nuclear yellow from dye) and shredded onion that were so satisfying to pair with the tangsuyuk. "
"I'd say closest to actual Jiajiang in Korea although there's some uncommon scent in it. Twas not unpleasent to me tho. The portion was more than enough for me. Tangsuyuk is also pretty good but I can smell dough/bread scent..? Also not that unpleasent. The portion for Tangsuyuk is kind if small for the money. I'd give 4.5"

"If you’re looking for a truly solid spot for soondae, this is the one to visit—or order from. It’s one of my favorite Korean dishes, and they execute it exceptionally well. "We used to visit the old location and were sad when it closed. So stoked to find on DoorDash! Good chicken and the garlic noodles are always a win! They also do the brown rice just right, and it goes well with the sauce."
"Not sure if they changed owners or chefs but quality was worse than before. Ordered spicy pork and there was no 'spicy', just bland fatty pork )or beef). And, there was more garlic noodles than 'spicy' pork and more lettuce than chicken in the Chinese Chicken Salad."
