The lemon made it feel a bit more dessert-like, and the mushrooms didn't seem to fit the flavor pallet, they were also a bit rubbery. It could be that it works better in person, but I had wished the mushrooms were chopped and mixed in and cooked a bit differently so that they melded. Risotto is somewhat Gummy, so having the rubbery mushroom didn't really seem to add much."
