Little or no breading. It is cut in lengthwise pieces, not cutlets and there was absolutely no mozzarella cheese on the sandwich. I called to inquire and was told they make half trays of the eggplant and just cut pieces off for the sandwiches therefore I may have not gotten the cheese. It was just terrible. They said sorry about that,. Great customer service. You can't eat eggplant that's full of seeds. Literally it was like mush on a roll with seeds everywhere."
