They were extremely busy (love to see that), but it may be helpful if they were to implement some type of to-go/mobile pickup. I waited for over 10 minutes before I finally asked about where to pick up the order. The sweet cashier let the guys in the back know, but it was still several minutes before I asked again. The man acted like he blamed the girl, but I told him that I had seen her tell him directly through the window in the door. They had not even started the order. So I had to wait even longer. He did redeem the situation by adding some extra Lokma puffs, which by the way - are SO delicious! My son said his ice cream was good too!"
