"Disappointing Food Quality – Burnt Flavors and Stale Tortillas
I ordered the Choriqueso and the 3 Tacos de Asada meal, which came with rice, beans, and a small side salad. Right away, the Choriqueso was underwhelming—it came with what looked like just a quarter of a standard bag of chips, not nearly enough for the amount of cheese served. The presentation felt like an afterthought.
More concerning was the flavor across the entire meal. The Choriqueso, tacos, rice, beans, and even the salad all shared a strong, bitter, burnt taste—like everything had been cooked on the same pan without it being properly cleaned between uses. It wasn’t the smokiness you sometimes get from grilled food; it was the acrid taste of scorched residue.
The tortillas for the tacos were another letdown. They were clearly not fresh—tough, dry around the edges, and had the texture of something that had been sitting out too long before being served. Reheating didn’t help; they lacked the softness and warmth that fresh tortillas should have. The asada itself was dry and underseasoned, and whatever flavor it had was overpowered by the same burnt undertone that ran through the entire plate.
Overall, the food tasted like it had been carelessly prepared, with little attention to freshness or basic kitchen hygiene. The experience was disappointing from the first bite to the last."

They were short 2 thighs and asked if they could replace them with breasts. we dont eat white meat so I just said to throw me 4 legs instead and they said they couldn't do that could only do 3 at most and that was pushing it . my family and I love KFC and my husband buys it probably 3 times a month for big gatherings and spends $100 to $200 everytime to feed our family and usually atleast one other family but after spending almost $70 for our food tonight(free delivery and only an 8 piece)and how stingy they are going to be to make up for something they don't have, I'm happy to say we will no longer return to KFC in Warsaw... food was great, tea was spectacular, them righting their issue with not having what we ordered fail. the more I think about it the more irritated I get that I just spent $70 on this meal."
