Every thing you order asks if you want ketchup, I think I put yes for two of my three items, thinking I'd get maybe a couple per ordered item, but no, they literally give you one small packet of ketchup. The 'hot' level of spice was good, I was expecting pretty spicy and I enjoyed it, for the 'medium' spicy things, they didn't taste spicy at all, it felt like such a huge jump between the two levels. The taste was pretty decent I'll say, but it just doesn't make up for all of these issues I had. Maybe I jumped on the Dave's hot chicken train a bit too late, but I'm just not a fan.
