The Roasted Asparagus was delightfully tender with a majority of the woody stalks either cooked out or removed, and the sauce is delicate enough to let the vegetable sing.
All said, unless you're stuck for the night I'd suggest going to a quality chophouse like The Drover where you get what you ordered."

I chose double dipped and charred on the 1 # Wings but they were pretty dry and lacked sauce/flavor.. i dont think they double dipped, maybe would have been better. The Mountain Man was okay. It had alot of toppings, but it was real doughy which I wasn't anticipating.
