The Salchipapas were seasoned and oh so flavorful. The Pollo Saltado was a perfect combo of flavors, veggies were crisp and chicken was moist. The Aguadito De Pollo was soooo good! If you like cilantro, you want to try this. Especially perfect for cool days. Probably my favorite dish. The veggies and chicken were soft, and the rice soaks up all that broth flavor. The Fettuccini Con Huancaina O Pesto Y Milanesa Jr is a smaller serving of one of their dishes. The pesto is flavorful, bright, and smooth, and their milanesa (breaded chicken) is perfectly seasoned and crunchy. I cannot sing enough praises. Best food in Pensacola! "
