When I got my stuff—all the options this chain offers seem great, the portion sizes are perfect, and my order was fulfilled correctly, but majority of the items I had were way too salty, especially the sauce and the fried sides. I've heard their food is more on the salty side, but I feel the saltiness is so overpowering, that it's hard to enjoy the food's distinct flavor that it has, unfortunately. From the fried items, the shrimp was the only thing that wasn't overbearing, but perhaps underflavored too. The food is always very fresh and haven't had very many issues with my many orders when I've actually been in the restaurant. The staff has been very polite and efficient. My only slight criticism is the fried pickles and that's only because I have ordered fried pickles all across the country and these are some of the best especially the best from a fast food place however, they are a bit too salty if the salt was just backed off a little bit, it would rain supreme over many restaurants fried pickles."

Cajun fettuccine with Parmesan crusted chicken (no shrimp or bacon), cheese garlic bread, and the tortellini garlic cream sauce (the most flavor and sauce) and another pasta with the Cajun Alfredo sauce.
No spice at all and no sauce aside from the tortellini. It's a must to order extra sauce if you want regular sauce level. I haven't eaten here since 2019 and now I know why. Go to Nothing But Noodles instead.
Also - check out my cheese garlic bread. Where is the cheese? I had to use the container of marinara sauce that pairs with the bread for my pasta. Smh."
