"There is no question that my Italian Hoagie was beautifully made. It was. The bread is exquisite, clearly baked fresh. There was an abundance of deli meats and a not quite discernible slice of white cheese which may have been provolone. It was made with a generous quantity of lettuce
One half Italian Hoagie was more than enough for one person, so perfect for 2 or maybe 3 people. I judge all hoagies against the New Jersey hoagies of my youth, a tough act to follow.
