Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits. It can be disappointing to pay $10+ for a bagel to have to remove all the bacon because it's almost inedible. All in all, they are better in person. I got the bigger plate and it was well worth the money.
