The white rice in the 3-protein bowl was hard and crunchy, almost like leftover refrigerated rice that wasn’t fully reheated. The wonton crisps were stale and had no crispness at all, and the bowl overall lacked flavor. I also ordered three proteins, but the amount of protein I received did not seem consistent with a 3-protein bowl.
The second bowl was made with brown rice and two portions of chicken, and it was also very bland with almost no flavor. We requested crushed cashews on that bowl, but they were missing entirely. The miso soup was bland as well.
For a $53 order, the quality and portioning were nowhere near what I expected. Between the hard rice, stale wontons, missing topping, bland food, and questionable protein portion, this was absolutely not worth the price."
