The injera itself had an interesting taste to it, and not in a positive way. It was tasteless and yet also had that aforementioned taste. The 18. House Special Sampler I found to be rather bland, and the potatoes and cabbage were huge chunks. The potatoes didn't seem to be fully cooked as it had some hard parts to it. The only one that seemed to have some kind of flavor to it was the alicha. While it was my first time trying this, it just wasn't for me. Thus, I doubt that I'll order again."
