Skimping on Sauces on appetizers and dinners, something's burnt or just the opposite...undercooked. Also on this order in particular the sauce and pasta completely different than usual. On the Pasta da Vinci the sauce was a dark brown and tasted awful. Normally it's a light beige color and creamy. The FIRE-ROASTED ARTICHOKE needs more butter sauce drizzled on it... last couple times it's way too dry. Those are just a couple examples. I cannot blame the chefs and other staff members...However, this establishment skimps on portions plus quality of goods. I have a feeling their managers instructed them to skimp on everything too.
