"We were longtime guests of the Pismo location, so admittedly came in with some expectations...which unfortunately, were left largely unfulfilled.
The Mississippi Skillet was flavorful and fresh. I'd have cooked the bell peppers a bit longer, but it wasn't the end of the world...I just picked them all out & carried on.
Biscuit and gravy was fine.
Beignets were kind of...well...nondescript. The photo showed several Beignets, so I was surprised to discover the order only comes with three. They were gone in short order, because...well...we needed another order given the discrepancy.
The Southern Peach Tea and Strawberry Lemonade were decent, but definitely didnt feel like we hit the jackpot after paying$7.77 apiece. No sugar rimmed anything...just some styrofoam cups & pretty decent bev.

"We love Blue Seafood and Grill, and today was just too hot to cook or to go out -- so we DoorDashed and it was fabulous. Sometimes dishes don't travel well, but not with Blue! They carefully plated and packaged everything so that when it arrived, it was every bit as lovely and delicious as it is in the restaurant. The Spicy Tuna Tiradito is one of our favorites -- we get it every time we go! The shrimp ceviche tostadas were packaged well, all we had to do was assemble, which was great because the tostada didn't get soggy and all the usual yummy flavors were still super fresh. And of course THE halibut tacos!!! YUM-O!!! I'm telling you, they are far and away the BEST fish tacos on the Central Coast...so dang good!!!"

"I ordered the create your own ultimate feast. I ordered it with the crab topped baked potato. What a disappointment that was. It looked nothing like the photo. There was a sauce on it that had run all over the plastic container it came it. No crab that I could see. I couldn't even taste the crab because there was none in it. I had to scrape it all off the bottom of the container and there was very little of it. Very annoying considering the price of that potato was around $6 and the plain baked potato had no extra charge, so for the tiny amount of sauce for $6 was a crime. Not worth it. The rest of my order was just ok. Broccoli was a bit too soft for my liking. The lobster usually makes me very happy but this time was just so so. Shrimps were ok, but nothing to rave about. I only order from here on my birthday and I'll probably not be doing that again. So sad."
