"Great meal! We've had these salads from Chili's many times over the years, and they are consistently delicious. Good-sized portion of seasoned chicken, lots of fresh spring mix greens, plus tomatoes, cilantro, shredded cheese, and corn salsa, with a cheese quesadilla. Everything always looks and tastes fresh. They offer multiple salad dressing options, but I think it's really tasty without any dressing at all because there are already so many flavors coming together with all of the components of the salad, it already feels complete. It's also nice to have options for the protein in this salad- it can be grilled chicken, or chicken crispers, or salmon, or a non--animal protein source which I believe is tofu. You can also choose whether or not to have the chopped tomatoes, or the cilantro, or the shredded cheese, or the crispy tortilla strips, or the corn salsa, in your salad.
