The Individual Rib Bones were a little dry but it had a lot of meat and had a good rub that went really well with the sauce. I don't think it was so dry that it was unacceptable. Our favorite was the Texas-Style Sausage the snap and the Texas toast was just great, however do not ruin it with the coleslaw!!! (at most get it on the side). This was not great coleslaw it was soggy salty cabbage with mayo and nothing else. As for the 3 Sides Plate the corn pudding was the best! The greens had a strong peppery flavor that could be polarizing but I liked. The weakest side was the potato salad it was very mashed and over salted and just not the most pleasant to eat.
