"The food is usually pretty good, and normally I don't write reviews, but I have been having a specific issue since ordering from this store.
I get a Build Me Up Burger almost every time. The whole point is to customize the burger, yet I am missing the sauce about 50% of the time. Without it, it is just a plain, dry burger. Rarely, they put an ingredient on there that I requested they leave off, or they didn't add something else I asked for, but nothing like the amount of times I don't get the sauce. The sauce is the only reason I even get this specific meal! I could order from cheaper places to get a comperable or even burger, but I order from here for the sauce.
Additionally, this time, my Barq's® Root Beer (sealed) wasn't all the way filled. It was missing about an inch of soda from the top. That was on top of the missing sauce.
This order was clearly not quality controlled before given to the driver. The wait times for this place are already long, and the driver is always waiting about 10 minutes before they are able to pick up the order, so it's really a shame that these things slipped through the cracks."

"I asked to be contacted about replacements for bogo vegan item for friend, got California salad rolls with fake crab instead, which is a fish byproduct and has mayo! I can't do mayo either due to raw egg allergy, so this was an awful choice for both of us, and I wasn't contacted at all about replacements beforehand either fro what I saw on my end in the app. See picture of what I received, times 2 (of each)! Also there was very little wasabi in the California roll containers, about a dime sized flattish blob, so make sure to order the side if you want more wasabi! It wasn't enough for me. Mango sticky rice was dry, clumpy in a crumbly way, hard not moist, so I don't think I'll get it again. I don't often give poor reviews, just that this was not the experience we hoped to have. Maybe I'll give it another try someday, and hope for better though!"
