"I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys Korean food. I am very particular about my Korean food and the authenticity of it. The food was very savory and the M-2. Pork Bulgogi / 돼지불고기gi had a nice little spicy to it but nothing you can't handle if you can eat Cajun seasoning. The noodes were the N-1. Jajangmyun and it was a super large portion and the sauce almost melted in your mouth. I ordered all of this for me since I don't have any good Korean food from where I'm from and I'm so glad I have leftovers. Also Luckily the restaurant wasn't too far away so the food was still decently fresh and not soggy at all. I didn't order the middle plate in the photo that had the kimchi and other items but it was definitely a solid plus to it and helped enhance the flavors of the other dishes. 10/10 recommend."

On top of that, Your have to pay extra $499 for a miniscule amount of Arroz / Rice with a piece of lemon that totally changes the rice flavor into a bitter concoction of disgusting tangy aftertaste making the rice unpalatable.
The owner response when I asked him to put enough meat in the was that I'll be charged $4.99 for extra meat. So that would be $10 dollars on top of the overpriced insipid/bland overpriced umder verage soup.
I'll never order from this place again, there are better choices out there. Don't waste your time om this overpriced, overrated and underachieving restaurante.

First the fact that the noodles and topping are separated from the broth was great to see and even though the noodles weren't boiled into the broth the oils from the broth stuck to the noodles, this kept the noodles from getting soggy so they kept they're springy texture. I ordered the specialty pork Bahn Mi.
The veggies were very fresh,
the pickles were crisp and the brine perfect,
and the pork (although a little tough) was absolutely bursting with flavor.
The bread did what bread needs to do and wasn't stale nor overly dry/crumbly.
Portion size is amazing, good enough for my partner to make two meals out of.
I ordered extra veggies (for the health of it) and it was definitely the right move, don't miss out!!
