"I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, and I was impressed. First the fact that the noodles and topping are separated from the broth was great to see and even though the noodles weren't boiled into the broth the oils from the broth stuck to the noodles, this kept the noodles from getting soggy so they kept they're springy texture. Now the broth was very good it was deep, hearty, and flavorful. I had the level 4 spicy and it was a great balance of heat and flavor. When I opened the salad it was only half full and the container wasn't very large to begin with. The grilled chicken didn't have a grilled flavor. There were no boiled eggs, and it was just a small portion. The ranch dressing tasted meh.
I used to order from the memorial location and their portions were much larger, and their ranch dressing was so good I would eat it with a spoon!
