"Fries were bland and soggy, Big portions though. The sauce was the highlight, almost made it worth it. Chicken strips were single dredged, not double. Working in a kitchen myself, double dredge on the flour would improve the texture of the tenders. The breading was thin and not crisp.

When I first went in, I knew that I didn't want anything with caffeine in it, so no actual tea. The person in the shop did not have the best english, but that was not a hindrance by far. They were very well informed, polite and swift and personally get the Caramel Brown Sugar lava at 50% sweetness with slightly less ice. There is dairy milk, boba, caramel, cream and some caramelised sugar on top. I also think they have diary free options and you can adapt their drinks. 100% recommend for bubble tea 'veterans' and newbies alike. "
