"I don't know who they had working tonight, but everything I ordered was not right. Meaning when I usually order Zaxby's my food is cooked well and everything is perfect. But tonight my loaded fries were undercooked, I only had maybe 5 pieces of chicken on it. I asked for extra seasoning, there wasn't any seasoning on the fries at all. And normally the food would still be a good temperature when it arrives. This time it was cold I had to reheat it. And also the nibblerz had a nasty after taste. My biggest grievance though and the main issue was the PIEROGIES WERE CLEARLY UNDERCOOKED. They were all barely lukewarm, even in metal containers. The pierogies were also extremely doughy & undercook to the point it was inedible unless I recook them myself. 0/10 experience will not be ordering from there ever again. I wouldn’t even recommend ordering them frozen, you’re better off making them yourself or buying them from the grocery store."
