So excuses of delivery delays of me not eating it right away do not factor into this. My turkey pesto sandwich was so soggy, it was like a sponge. One side was also very burnt, but the sogginess made scraping the burnt section off easier, so there's that. It was also room temperature cold - and since they grill it like a panini, my guess is that they made it very early, then left it to sit and the condensation made it soggy. (The inside of the container was full of water droplets.) The amount of turkey was also very light - the sandwich was practically flat. The chai tea was good (very spicy), the pesto flavoring on the sandwich was good, and the side salad was good. But for over $20 total for a turkey sandwich and the tiniest chai tea I've ever seen, I expected much more than spongy, burnt and cold bread."

"While it's admirable that they are trying to use compostable take out materials, they need to not put the soup base in cardboard. Half of my Classic Spicy Beef Noodles Soup - Bún Bò Huế (GF) was in the bottom of the plastic bag and, when I lifted the container, it had a leak at the seam that was spouting liquid. The Bún Bó Hué was still really good, though. The broth was light but beefy and flavorful and they don't skimp on the tendon and brisket. Definitely, o ne of the best in the bay. "

"I ordered the Grilled Shrimp & Chicken Over Rice (COM TOM GA N) which came with steamed broccoli for my son and the grilled Chicken & Shrimp Vermicelli (BUN TOM GA N) with fresh and crisp cucumber and lettuce. Both bowls were generously filled. I am not a fan of the chicken but the shrimp was were large, juicy and flavorful. i would order that bowl again with just shrimp. Also got a Lemongrass Beef Sandwich (Bánh Mì Bộ) and called in to request no Patè. The sandwich is large andcthe ingredients were fresh and the beef was seasoned deliciously. Lastly the Fresh Squeezed Limeade (Nuoc Chanh) was tart and refreshing. Good prices too!"

I always order the rice plate (without egg, it normally comes with) with grilled pork and get extra rice, grilled pork, prawns, and egg rolls because those things are all just SO beyond delicious!
Everything always tastes fresh and the flavors are bountiful! Aside from the awesome sauce they provide for their egg rolls, I never need to add a SINGLE thing to make anything taste better!
