"I am beyond frustrated with the order that I got from Village Inn. I ordered a double-decker sandwich with French fries and a Cobb salad through DoorDash, and what I received was completely unacceptable.
The sandwich bread was burnt, and the French fries were practically nonexistent. I counted maybe seven fries total, yet I was charged for a full order. The fries honestly looked like someone had already eaten most of them and sent the leftovers anyway.
The Cobb salad was a complete disaster and didn’t come anywhere close to what it’s supposed to be. It was missing chicken and eggs, the lettuce was old and wilted, and the tomatoes were spoiled. This was not just careless — it was flat-out inedible.
To make matters worse, when I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager, he told me he “checked on my order” and that everything should have been included. That makes this even more insulting. If the order was actually checked, how did no one notice that the salad was missing major ingredients, made with old produce, and that the sandwich bread was burnt and the fries were barely there?
I am appalled at how far customer service and food quality have declined. We are paying more than ever for food, delivery fees, and service, yet somehow receiving burnt food, missing items, spoiled ingredients, and half portions is considered acceptable. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I will seriously think twice before ordering again.
And yes, that is the salad in my trash because it was so bad and uneatable!"

Go with tacos junior or Los Arcos express because I just ordered lunch for my family and not only was one of the meals missing all together but the food that was here wasn't edible. I got one kid the fajitas quesadilla that is supposed to come with rice, beans, guac and sour cream and they stuffed the whole quesadilla in the same small container as the sides and put it on top of it all so it was this huge soggy mess that the couldn't eat. They also crammed it into a small box so by the time it made its way here it was soggy and falls apart when he tries to pick it up. Other than the missing burrito we got the carne asada supreme fries and they came looking nothing like the pic, they put the sour cream and guac over the fries and then put the cheese over that and you would think I'm jus adding things because I'm upset but I'm not the chili had no spice to it zero flavor we had to add so much salt to it and the most he wanted to eat was a couple bites. What a waste of 60$!! My kids just made bowls of cereal and the rest of us are just gonna wait it out until dinner. I have never been more disgusted with a place in a very very long time!!"
