"Worst quesa birria Ive ever had. Soggy, slimy tortillas, super small, literally stuck to each other like soggy bread. Gross flavor. Consomé had no flavor at all and barely got any. Cilantro on birria is also weird. Worst birria ever.
Burrito was freaking delicious. Good size. Filled with meat. Nicely seasons. Super yummy.
Pozole was excellent. Cilantro y cebolla on the side, TONS of limes which is amazing, thank you. Flavor was on point. Lots of pork in there. Big meaty chunks. So yummy. Tons of maíz. Shit was GOOD. They even put the little foil wrap with oregano jaja definitely legit pozole. Avocado in the pozole which I've personally never had, and I was a bit skeptical at first, but it was actually really good. Held together great. Nice addition. Maybe it's a norteño thing? Idk, but I like it.
