"One of the few chains or locations that can do early morning full-burger orders, which is great for those hankering for something more substantial for breakfast than a typical sausage-egg sandwich biscuit with hashbrown and coffee.
Delicious onion rings that were lightly battered and go great with their chipotle mayo dip that delivers a good kick of spice similar to White Spot's but with the same great quality.
Good portion sizes for the extra bacon pieces on the Double Teen burger that added a nice chewy crunch to the freshly grilled beef patties that were tender and juicy. The gravy momos can be really good when they’re prepared properly and have that authentic flavour, but unfortunately the quality and preparation can be quite inconsistent. Sometimes there’s a good amount of gravy and the momos are fresh and flavourful, while other times there’s barely any gravy, the flavour is completely different, or the food arrives stale. When you’re ordering frequently and paying full price, that inconsistency can be frustrating and sometimes feels like a waste of money.
We genuinely like the food when it’s done right, which is why we keep coming back. Hopefully the restaurant can work on maintaining a more consistent quality and preparation, because there’s definitely potential for the food to be really good."

"This place lost a devoted customer today. I've ordered this exact same dish 10+ times and I was so shocked by the quality today that I literally called the restaurant out of concern. The Blackstone Benny itself was disappointing - soggy english muffin, flavourless mealy tomato, undercooked congealed bacon, and a VERY small egg on both.
The worst part was definitely the Colcannon, though. I was genuinely taken aback - it was claggy, starchy, crumbly, unseasoned. Had the consistency of poorly mixed pie crust dough that had been to dry out on the counter. I was certain it was at least a day or more old and had been microwaved, but I spoke to the kitchen manager Sara(h) who swore up and down she made it this morning, which is maybe even more concerning to be honest...?? She was also very defensive and snippy with me when I expressed my concerns.
I don't know what's going on, if maybe they had a staff or management turnover, but I won't be returning/reordering."

I wouldn’t order it again for that reason. The Wagyu dumplings were tasty as well, but serving gyoza without a dipping sauce felt incomplete and missed the mark.

Where this restaurant lost me was pricing and transparency. $32 for comfort food like Beef Bourguignon is hard to justify, especially with questionable execution. Even worse was paying nearly $5 for what was presented as a 500ml Coke, only to receive a 283ml glass bottle. That feels misleading.
Good flavour overall — but the pricing and lack of transparency leave a bad taste."
