"When the udon soup mentions vegetables there is nothing but a couple slivers of white onion and some green onions. Everywhere else comes with at least some broccoli and carrots. Broth did not have the regular Japanese udon flavour it tasted like chemicals. By far the worst udon I have ever had. The vegetable sunomono is minuscule compared to other restaurants for the same price. I have an allergy to tuna and asked for the house roll no tuna, it still came with tuna so be careful if ordering with any allergies as they do not take your allergy into consideration. "

"I am a regular here, I almost order every week. They used to be great but service and time it take for orders to be completed has been disappointing. The favourite meals used to come with miso and it's been discontinued without notice. Also in my latest order they provided half portion of ginger in the smallest container for 5 rolls + sides worth $70 when extra was requested. When dining in person, I've been confronted for leaving food despite fully paying for it with no confrontation. The prices have gone up but it seems like they are making cuts. I hope they can continue to improve and maintain their quality as their speciality rolls are very delicious. "

"Kind of salty, even for someone like me who prefers dishes on the saltier side, so beware if you have a lighter palate. It does however have plenty of flavour, and the portion size is decent. We ordered both the Zenbu Mazesoba and the Niku Mazesoba but the Zenbu was missing the large seaweed sheets shown in the description and the pictures, so, we essentially paid the extra $3 for extra half an egg?
