"The Damascus Chipotle Mexican Grill continues to be horrible. I ordered three tacos, with carnitas, lettuce, salsa and cheese. The carnitas was worse than bland; it was stale, dry, and stiff in texture. It definitely was not fresh. The other ingredients were old and yuky. We also ordered a burrito bowl. The whole thing looked sloppy and drenched in too much sour cream. The presentation lacked any positive appeal, and just looked recycled. All of the food lacked flavor. Highly suggest going to other Chipotles. This one is a waste of money."
"NO STARS. Another lackluster meal from Chipotle. Ordered 3 carnitas tacos and a burrito bowl. The tacos were swimming in some sort of liquid. To say they were bland is an understatement. The fact that the rations were minuscule remains a blessing. The lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh, a recurring defect on all of their food. The burrito bowl was no better. The bowl was full, but with yuky food, size really doesn't matter. Why can't someone mentor the staff better? The Damascus iteration is at the bottom of the barrel for fresh, good tasting, properly assembled meals."

The yuca frita was really poorly prepared also. Pieces of all different sizes from massive chunks to slivers. Mostly undercooked also. I suspect the toppings were low quality compared to others I've had. The Queso / Cheese was going bad and was bitter. If they up the quality and use fresher ingredients they'd move up on my list. Theres too much competition around here to be mid with Salvi food. I would give this place one more chance if my go to was closed."

"For the first time in 8 years, this was awful. The plantains were dry and old. Even the Rice & Beans was dry. The Jumbo Dogs was okay, but the bun was more jumbo than the hot dog. The chicken was fine, but I had to throw away at least a third of the plantains. They delivered no sauce although I requested 2 pink. And I really prefer the green sauce which isn't even an option on the online menu. Why? I hope this is not the new standard for this store."
